Is adsense possibly dead or dying?

There seems to be a lot of speculation going around about whether ad sense is dead or dying as an advertising platform. There seems to be a lot of different types of advertising slowly starting to take its place.

One of the more popular advertising methods that I use is PayPerPost which actually straight up just pays you per a post that you make in relation to the product or service that is paying you to make that post. As opposed to the way that adsense worked with only allowing you to make money based on who clicked your advertisements. PayPerPost allows you to make so much money based on what you post about. This makes it so that you know exactly what you are advertising and you can pick and choose what you want to advertise about.

A lot of the articles are just looking for buzz, not necessarily positive buzz but buzz about a product. Of course they don't want negative stuff but a lot of the articles are marked neutral letting the poster just post on how they feel about the product or service. So, in my opinion.. Yeah PayPerPost is dead to a lot of the new media and blogger because they don't get enough of the right kind of traffic that will produce the clicks you need to make any money.
